About the opportunity:

SensCy is hiring a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Developer to work directly with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to innovate our existing cybersecurity LMS designed to improve our client’s cybersecurity protection, response, and recovery. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configure, customize, and implement LMS 
  • Write scripts to automate LMS routines and processes 
  • Support LMS/PHP implementations and resolve errors 
  • Implement lessons created by our Cybersecurity experts in Moodle 
  • Create cohorts and reports associated with cohorts 
  • Integrate with plug-ins where necessary 
  • Strategic implementation of API integrations with 3rd parties where necessary 
  • Collaborate on creative design ideas

About you:

You take pride in your work product, and get satisfaction from helping the team achieve results. You are an effective communicator, who pays great attention to detail, and gets excited solving problems.

Key skills you have:

  • Experience customizing LMS functions across the various Moodle modules and themes
  • Experience creating custom cohorts, and associating them to roles within the cohort 
  • Experience in creating LMS lessons and reports 
  • Experience with MySQL, SQL and other RDBMS
  • Experience with PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Experience with Moodle Plug-Ins
  • Candidates who can show previous projects they have built in Moodle will be strongly considered

Job Description:

As a Cybersecurity Coordinator, you will be at the center of coordinating planning, service delivery, reports, and critical updates to our clients through a collaborative partnership with our Client Advocates. Our Client Advocates will be our front-line presence communicating and helping our clients. You will be working with approximately three Advocates providing additional internal and external support, and more in-depth cybersecurity knowledge. Also, you will perform analyses to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service delivery for our clients. Your role is critical to our client relationships to ensure we are their trusted guide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of several Client Advocates, partnership service providers, clients and other resources to ensure that clients are improving their cyberhealth health.
  • Help develop a cyberhealth plan which will proactively prioritize key actions that clients need to take to improve their cyberhealth
  • Maintain key metrics of a client’s cyberhealth as part of their overall cyber health score
  • Coordinate cyber policy development with the client
  • Assist clients in training their employees in good cyberhealth practices
  • Alert clients to critical actions that need to be taken for cyber safety
  • Assist clients in addressing how to respond to a successful cybersecurity attack
  • Help develop leadership briefings on a client’s cyberhealth
  • Assist clients with their cyber insurance policies and applications
  • Bring in other company resources to support clients as needed
  • Constantly work on improving your cyber knowledge and staying up to date on the latest issues
  • Assist in client satisfaction surveys and reports
  • Assist in the renewal of client’s annual subscription
  • Help with other company issues as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • A certificate in cybersecurity or equivalent education and /or two years cybersecurity work experience
  • Be able to manage the various daily responsibilities with a smile…and have fun
  • Ability to enjoy learning about new cybersecurity technologies
  • Knowledge and high degree of comfort with emerging cybersecurity topics
  • Ability to communicate technical cyber issues in plain language

Job Description:

As a Client Advocate, you will serve as the client’s primary interface, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service delivery for our clients. The Client Advocate performs a variety of important cybersecurity tasks as part of service offerings and interacts and develops trusting relationships with clients to ensure we are their trusted guide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship with clients through ongoing, regular communications with client personnel. Client advocates will be dedicated to serving a specific group of approximately 30 clients.
  • Help develop a cyberhealth plan which will proactively prioritize key actions that clients need to take to improve their cyberhealth
  • Maintain key metrics of a client’s cyberhealth as part of their overall cyberhealth score
  • Coordinate cybersecurity policy development with the client
  • Assist the client in training their employees in good cyberhealth practices
  • Alert clients to critical actions that need to be taken for cybersecurity safety
  • Assist clients in addressing how to respond to a successful cybersecurity attack
  • Help develop leadership briefings on a client’s cyberhealth
  • Provide clients with advice, answers to questions, updates on current events
  • Coordinate with third party service partners on cybersecurity improvements for clients
  • Assist the client with their cyber insurance policies and applications
  • Bring in other company resources to support the client as needed
  • Constantly work on improving your cybersecurity knowledge and staying up to date on the latest issues
  • Assist in client satisfaction surveys and reports

  • Support senior management in developing affinity marketing partnerships, cybersecurity vendor partner relationships, and insurance industry partnerships
  • Support development of marketing programs at SensCy
  • Develop partnership program materials with help from senior management
  • Create and update contents and manage databases etc. for affinity partners of SensCy
  • Support the development and testing of our unique client service model
  • Assist with a variety of other startup company activities
